Join the Rose Bridge Team!

We’re looking for a strong, versatile leader to help keep the farm running smoothly, especially on weekends. This person will help cover open shifts as needed, support and guide our farmers, and make sure daily tasks are completed while keeping all areas of the farm clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.

• Lead and support the farm team during weekend shifts
• Assist with staff scheduling and coordination
• Help organize volunteer events
• Assist with inventory and general farm organization

Position Details:

• Pay: $25/hour
• 30+ hours per week
• Weekend availability is required

Join our traveling event team and help bring hands-on animal experiences to the community! Responsibilities include transporting and caring for animals, setting up and cleaning up event spaces, assisting guests during activities, and sharing information about our animals and their care. You’ll travel and work alongside another team member at each event.

• Pay: $15 per hour

Help bring the Rose Bridge experience to events throughout the community. Drivers transport team members, animals, and supplies to and from event locations in a Lincoln Navigator. They remain on-site to assist with setup, cleanup, guest activities, and sharing information about our animals and their care. Travel Event Drivers are always paired with another team member for support.

• Must be at least 25 years old 
• Must have a clean driving record 
• Must be comfortable driving a Lincoln Navigator 
• Pay: $15 per hour

We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our farm team during the week. This part-time position includes helping with daily animal care, keeping farm areas clean and organized, and leading or assisting with farm tours. You’ll help guests learn about our animals and their care while creating a friendly and welcoming experience at the farm.

• Pay: $15/hour
• Morning shift: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM, Afternoon shift: 1:00–5:00 PM
• Availability for one or both shifts

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who love baby cows to help with our Cows & Coffee and Cows & Cocktails experiences. You’ll welcome guests, show them how to bottle-feed and brush the animals, and share the story of Rose Bridge Farm and our rescues. You’ll also help set up and maintain the coffee, iced tea, and beverage stations throughout the experience.

• Pay: $15/hour
• Cows & Coffee shifts: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, Cows & Cocktails shifts: 5:00–8:00 PM
• Must be comfortable interacting with guests and animals
